Primary Operating Area
Drivers will primarily operate in the area defined above however there will be occasions when they will find themselves outside the region. These include but are not limited to the Dallas area and the upper Midwest. Fleet managers will make every effort to quickly return the driver to the region. Drivers will be dispatched out of the Lakeland, FL terminal.
Drivers can expect to average 2,300 miles per week. With the graduated pay scale, earnings should be more consistent week to week.
Drivers can expect to be home 3 out of 4 weekends for anywhere from 34-48 hours depending on freight and the driver meeting weekly mileage expectations. Marten does not guarantee all weekend days home but we will try to get the drivers at least one full day off during the weekend.

Drivers will primarily operate in the area defined above however there will be occasions when they will find themselves outside the region. These include, but are not limited to Denver, CO and Cheyenne, WY. Drivers will be dispatched out of the Wilsonville, OR terminal.
Drivers can expect to average 2,500 miles per week. With the graduated pay scale, earnings should be more consistent week to week.
Drivers can expect to be home every 7-10 days for anywhere from 34-48 hours depending on freight and the driver meeting weekly mileage expectations. Marten does not guarantee weekends home but we will try to get the drivers at least one day off during the weekend.
